Couture Creations.
I cut a piece of Coredinations cardstock, embossed with
Couture Creations Damask Elegance Embossing folder,
and lightly sand the cardstock with Couture Creations Sanding-block.

Placing the Victorian Rectangle Diecut on top of the front of your card
and then on top of the embossed cardstock and cut out die cut shape.

Die cut the Birdcage from the Decorative dies with black cardstock
and then adhered into the center of the opening with some clear glue,
at the top inside the card.
I then added a few decorating embellishments
from my stash e.g the flowers, twine and brad.

Using the diecuts shapes on top of cards creates a little window effect!
