Well, hello there!
It's Julianne McKenna here today, and I have been invited by Couture Creations to be your guest designer for today. I thought I would take this opportunity to share some of my favourite products from Couture Creations, and show you how I use them.
One of my absolute favourite dies from Couture Creations is the Vintage Rose Daffodil Spray. I use this more than any other die. Why? Because when you cut it into smaller pieces, it creates beautiful leaves and foliage on my designs.
Yes, that's right - I rarely use this die in it's whole form. I prefer to cut it up into smaller pieces. This makes it much more versatile, and can be used on so many different projects. Don't believe me? Then just check out the gift box and card below.
As you can see, I am also partial to butterfly dies. I love this one from Couture Creations as it creates a beautiful 3D butterfly that looks stunning on any project.
And I find that the 2mm Gemstones and 3mm Pearls give a beautiful shimmer and sparkle to any project, without being too overwhelming. I have many, many packets of these beautiful gemstones and pearls in every colour (because I am a hoarder who is always scared of running out, lol!).
And if you would like to see how I use these gemstones in real life, I am teaching a layout at the Scrapbook and Papercraft Expo in Brisbane, from the 10th-12th June 2016. Places are limited.
Tickets can be purchased HERE
I am teaching in Classroom One (for Arnold's Scrapbook & Craft Supplies and Couture Creations | Ultimate Crafts) and more details about my class can be found HERE:
Everyone who joins in my class, will receive a kit full of goodies, including a rare, and much sought after, feather die, and the chance to win additional embossing folders. And a little birdie has told me that all students will be entered into the draw to win Sue Smyth's 3D Papercraft's Projects book.
I hope to see you at the Expo!
Happy crafting, xxx
