Christmas Card by COLLETTE MITREGA

Hi fellow crafty friends!

As Christmas is just around the corner I find myself frantically trying to finish my Christmas cards.
I am looking for easy quick designs that look fab.

I think this one delivers, especially if you make them production line style!
Once again I am using "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas' collection from Ultimate Crafts, it is my favourite for the season ..... but you probably have guessed that by now lol!

Simple, pretty and quick.

So lets take a look at how I made this Christmas beauty!

Cut a C6 Cream card blank so it is 3 1/2" wide when closed. Cover it with some beautiful Christmas paper from the 12" paper pad, cutting it slightly smaller than the card so you have a small cream border all around.

Next cut a piece of green text pattern paper, (1 5/8" x 5 1/8") from the paper pad and attached it to a piece of matte gold mirror board cut 1 3/4" x 5 1/4".

Wrap a piece of gold cord around this forming a cross and tying off in a knot in the front. Trim ends and attach this to the card front with foam tape.

Die cut some holly branches from the matte gold mirror board.

Put a big healthy dollop of strong wet adhesive near your knot and start to build your floral cluster as per photo.

Use the cut off wire from the roses to feed through some tiny gold bells, apply adhesive to the back of the wire and bell and 'poke' them into the floral cluster.

Finish card with a label sentiment, some gorgeous tiny pearls and a spritz of shimmer.
