I would like to show you something that most of you will be devastated by!!

I have cut up an Embossing Folder!!! yep that s right cut it up inked it and used it and an embellishment!!!

 

 

Don't panic!!! I had 2...

You know when you go shopping and you really like something so you purchase it and then you get home and you already have it? Well this is what happened to me a little while ago with this folder... It is one of the folders from the Couture Creations Dream Boat 3 in 1 Collections.. that I have 2 of!! Before I cut up my Emboss Folder I used it to stamp some Gesso on my page and then......

I simply cut the folder with a pair of Couture Creations Precision Scissors into a wafer shape.

 

 

then with some hard surface ink I defined the wafers and added them to my layout with Couture Creations Glue Spots.

Using the Couture Creations Die Release paper (this stuff is the bomb!! it makes the cardstock just slip out of my dies!!! love it!!)  I then cut the Couture Creations The Van Roe Journey, Dragonfly set and Royal Oval.

 

 

I cut the Journey twice in alternate colours so that I could shadow it on my page.

And I stamped and wet embossed and image on the Royal Oval before adding to my layout.

I also added some super cool chipboard small arrows to this layout by Imaginarium Designs!!!
