Joy Fold Card with Cheryl

Welcome back, Cheryl here today on the Couture Creations blog
sharing my  "Joy Fold Card"  with you. Using the Gentleman's Emporium collection of papers and Hot foil stamps.
I have also created a video with step by step instructions, the link is at the end of this blog post.

This is a style that can be used for just about any ocassion, and can be decorated any way you like. In my opinion they have a bit more pizazz than a regular card.

These cards have been around for a very long time, and there are a couple of ways it can be made, but this one seems to be the most popular format. It is incredibly easy to make, but is admittedly a little fiddly. Especially the first time around. Because of this, it's difficult to explain, so I've made a video for you.

In the video, I have all the measurements but they are listed here as well

The finished card is almost the same as a regular card size. (Some of these sizes are slightly different to what I quoted in the video.)
 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" Base Card Stock scored at the 5 1/2" mark
 3 3/4" x 5" Base Card Stock scored at the 4 " mark
 4" x 5" White Card Stock
