Delightful Sentiments Cards - 3 ways with Adriana
Today, I wanted to showcase the versatile Delightful Sentiments - Cut, Foil & Emboss dies which are all super easy to create with. These sentiments Cut, Foil & Emboss dies are so easy to use and I created 3 different cards in 3 different ways with one sentiment on each card from this collection.
The three ways you can used them - they are :-
1. Using the GoPress and foil machine - foiling with Heat activated Gold foil a word Delightful sentiment "HELLO" CO726950

2. Using a softer card stock like Gold Mirror Board and getting a letterpress or emboss effect.
and lastly -
3. Using the sentiment word - I gently inked the Delightful sentiment - cut, foil and emboss die "Amazing" CO726965 with Card Deco Olive Green pigment ink CDEIPL018 , adding card stock on top of the die and running it through the die cutting machine.
For my 1st card was created a background with the new Card Deco Essential Pigments inks. I just love these Pigment inks - they are so vibrant and lush. they also have a pearlescent shimmer, which when dry looks amazing.
Firstly, dab a good amount of the Card Deco Essential Turquoise Pigment Ink CPDEIPL005 on a Non stick Craft Mat CO728828
Then spritz a little water over the pigment ink
while wet dab over your card stock randomly all over to get a good cover of pigment ink of the card stock.
Heat dry card stock with Multi Purpose Heat Tool CO723978
Repeat same process with Card Deco Essential Gold Pigment Ink CDEIPL0026 Gold
Once dry dab a little of Card Deco Essential Pigment ink MID BLUE CDEIPL015
onto the non stick craft mat - spritz a little water and with a painting brush
splat or flick some blue on the centre of card stock.
Then using a sponge dauber blending Mid Blue Pigment ink around the edges of
card stock.
With the assistance of the Go Press and Foil machine
and Gold Iridescent Triangular Pattern heat activated foil CO726063
Firstly, dab a good amount of the Card Deco Essential Turquoise Pigment Ink CPDEIPL005 on a Non stick Craft Mat CO728828
Then spritz a little water over the pigment ink
while wet dab over your card stock randomly all over to get a good cover of pigment ink of the card stock.

I foiled the word "DELIGHTFUL SENTIMENT". HELLO on to some blue card stock.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FOILING WITH THE
CUT, FOIL & EMBOSS DIES -
GO PRESS AND FOIL and METAL CONVERSION -
CUT, FOIL & EMBOSS DIES -

just a reminder for those who don't know how to.
Turn machine on
Open Lid
Place Metal Conversion plate on the heat plate of Go Press and foil machine
Place cut foil & emboss die on top of metal conversion plate, face up.
Place cut foil & emboss die on top of metal conversion plate, face up.
Place cut foil colour side down
Place card stock on top
Close lid and let it heat for 30-40 seconds
Wind slowly the platform through and back in your die cutting machine.

Place my word in the centre of my pigment ink background.
Decorated with Gold Stickers edging.
For my 2nd card - NO FOILING - just place the Word Delightful Sentiment
"AMAZING" on my platform of my die cutting machine
place a piece of Mirror Board on top - ran it through my die cutting machine
PRESTO ! - a beautiful embossed/letterpress word ready for my card front.

and for my 3rd card
I gently inked the Delightful sentiment - cut, foil and emboss die "Amazing" CO726965 with Card Deco Essential Olive Green pigment ink CDEIPL018 , adding card stock on top of the die and running it through the die cutting machine.
