Hi everyone, welcome back and thanks for stopping by, it's Adriana here today.

For today, I have created a layout using two papers and chipboards from the

GENTLEMAN"S EMPORIUM COLLECTION

and one of the new Gentleman Crafter Cut, Foil and Emboss background dies

to create a stencil for the background of my layout and also incorporating two die cuts to my layout . These dies are fabulous for card backgrounds but also thinking outside the square - you can create wonderful backgrounds with the die cuts for other projects.

Adding some touches of foiling on the special released chipboards from the Gentleman's Emporium collection (unfortunately these chipboards are only available in Australia) Foiling onto chipboard is so so easy with the Go Press and foil machine. So here is my step by step instructions and details are below: List of products are listed at the end of this post.

Moment in Time layout by Adriana Bolzon

The photo is of my Nephew when he was a toddler. He is a bit cute, I think so :)

1. Trim down 1.25 cm around only on two side of the paper CO726821, ink edges with blue ink, adhere onto the centre of Denim Card stock.

2. Cut one Gentleman Crafter Cut, Foil and Emboss background CO726775 Parquet Tiles die with white card stock, through die cutting machine, this will be acting like a stencil.

3. Using a sponge dauber ink randomly around the centre of the layout with blue and dark brown ink.

4. Stamp randomly with the Gentleman's Emporium Ornate Icon Mini stamp CO726840 with brown ink pad on layout. Stamp randomly with script word stamp, as well.

5. Mat photograph with grey card stock and brown card stock. Cut cards from the Gentleman Emporium paper CO726823.

6. With a white ink pigment ink stamp the whole Gentleman Crafter Cut, Foil and Emboss background CO726775 Parquet Tiles die, place through die cutting machine with a piece of Endless Dusk card stock - repeat process again to achieve 2 parquet tiles die cuts, I love the effect that instead of foiling these dies, stamping can achieve a different and unique result as well.

7. Adhere all die cuts and matted photograph and papers, on the layout as shown below.

8. Foil all chipboard pieces with the Go Press and Foil machine and Copper Heat Activated Foil CO725697 and Champagne Mirror foil CO725695, Placing a Metal Shim on the platform of the Go Press and Foil machine.

INSTRUCTIONS for foiling onto CHIPBOARD
WITH GO PRESS AND FOIL -

just a reminder for those who don't know how to.

Turn machine on

Open Lid
Place Metal Shim on platform of machine

Place cut foil colour side down (copper foil)

Place chipboards on top

Place a paper shim over the chipboard and foil for protection of the lid.

Close lid and let it heat for 30-40 seconds

Wind slowly the platform through and back in your die cutting machine.

9. Adhere all foiled elements as shown in photograph.
Decorate with leaves, flowers as shown in photograph.

Hi everyone Adriana here today, and thanks for stopping by here on
the Couture Creations blog.

Today, I wanted to showcase the versatile the Cut, Foil & Emboss dies which are all super easy to create with. The Couture Creations Cut, Foil & Emboss dies are so easy to use and I created 3 different cards in 3 different ways with one set from this Modern Essential collection. There is another collection which has just been released by Couture Creations called the "Esthetica Collection" Cut, foil and emboss dies - and they too can be used in the exactly the same way as my three cards today.

Modern Essentials Nesting Lacy Frame cut, foil and emboss die
CO726465, it is a three piece set.

Special Day - card

For my 1st card was created with the Modern Essentials Nesting Lacy Frame cut, foil and emboss die CO726465, with the assistance of the Go Press and Foil machine
and Gold Iridescent Triangular Pattern heat activated foil CO726063

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut Gold Mirror board CO725407 13x 13 cm, secure to front of square card 13.5cm x13.5 cm. Cut Black card stock 12.5cm x 12.5cm secure on top of mirror card.

2. Cut Butterfly Garden paper CO726530 - 12cm x 12cm, secure with double sided tape onto front of card.

3. Cut 4 - Butterfly Garden Ornate Corner mini die CO726545 with mirror gold board. Adhere with glue to each corner of card.

4. Foil Nesting Lacy Frames cut, foil and emboss die CO726465, with the assistance of the Go Press and Foil machine
and Gold Iridescent Triangular Pattern heat activated foil CO726063, placing the Metal Conversion plate on the the platform of the Go Press and Foil machine.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FOILING WITH THE
CUT, FOIL & EMBOSS DIES -
GO PRESS AND FOIL and METAL CONVERSION -

just a reminder for those who don't know how to.

Turn machine on

Open Lid

Place Metal Conversion plate on the heat plate of Go Press and foil machine
Place cut foil & emboss die on top of metal conversion plate, face up.

Place cut foil colour side down

Place card stock on top

Close lid and let it heat for 30-40 seconds

Wind slowly the platform through and back in your die cutting machine.

5. Adhere foiled frames pieces in the centre of card, as shown in photograph Decorate with flowers and leaves, Cut SPECIAL DAY sentiment with paper and adhere to front of card

For my 2nd card - this was created with the left overs foils from the card above. This in turn will create a wonderful background to the card.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut Pink card stock 13.5 cm x 13.5cm, Ink edges with pigment ink, secure to front of square card 14cm x 14cm.

2. Cut white card stock 12.5cm x 12.5cm,place leftover foils in the centre of card stock and then place another piece of card stock on top.
Then place this underneath your metal conversion plate on the Go Press and foil machine, wait a few moments, then run through die cutting machine.

INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE LEFT OVER FOILING WITH THE
GO PRESS AND FOIL and METAL CONVERSION -

just a reminder on how to do .

Turn machine on

Open Lid

Place Metal Conversion plate on the heat plate of Go Press and foil machine
Place LEFTOVER FOIL IN BETWEEN TWO PIECES OF CARD STOCK
place this sandwich underneath the metal conversion plate.

Place some paper shims on top of go press and foil machine for extra thickness.

Close lid and let it heat for 30-40 seconds

Wind slowly the platform through and back in your die cutting machine.

5. this effect creates a wonderful distress background for my card, I then Decorated the front of cards with flowers and leaves.
Cut SPECIAL DAY sentiment with paper and adhere to front of card.

Enjoy every moment - card
For my last card was created with the Modern Essentials Nesting Lacy Frame cut, foil and emboss die CO726465, once I inked the die with some pigment ink, I placed it with some pink card stock on top of die and then slowly through my die cutting machine.

Decorating the front of card with flowers and leaves, Foiling sentiment word "Enjoy every moment" with the sentiment from the Gentleman's Emporium collection CO726847 and Go Press and foil machine.

How super easy it is to create with Cut, Foil & Emboss dies. I created three different styled cards with one set of cut, foil and emboss dies.

Hello everyone, Adriana here today to share with you my two cards that I have created with the Couture Creations new release
Esthetica Cut, Foil and Emboss dies.

These Esthetica dies all cut and emboss all the same time, they are so elegant and easy to create with or without the foiling machine.

I have created a video to show you all how to use these dies along with some techniques and tips. I try to keep my videos to under 7 mins in time, giving you the insight of technique creating my projects.

The flowers were created with the flower die from the
Esthetica Cut, Foil & Emboss die Nesting Magnolia Frames CO726759 set,
using the Go Press and foil machine and Clear Pearlised heat activated foil
CO725388, then I coloured the flowers with water colour pencils and inks.

Hi everyone, Jowilna here today with a special quick and easy Mother's Day card. My card is created with the Butterfly Garden collection of papers, with a touch of foiling and one of the lovely decoupage images from the Hobbydots kits. All these items are available from your local paper-craft store.

Step 1 - Decide what papers you want to use from the Butterfly Garden range. Trim off the barcode strip and trim a panel to fit onto the front of your folded card.

Step 2 - Use double sided tape to adhere the panel to the front of the card. Then adhere a strip of the barcode above the strip on the panel. Add some paint splats onto the background.

Step 3 - Die cut some flowers from patterned paper Butterfly Garden Sheet 4.

Step 4 - Foil some square frames using copper foil with you Go Press and Foil, and then die-cut the frames for a perfect cut.

Step 5 - Use a 3d Design to create an image for your card.

Step 6 - Assemble your card using the background, foiled frame and 3D element. Finish off with some diamante and dimensional glaze

When you combine all these wonderful elements together to create a card, you can create some really interesting. Foiled and distress bits and pieces layered on die-cuts with a beautiful 3D element - what more can you ask for.

And in a few easy steps you have created a great card, and with the right sentiment it would be perfect for Mother's Day this month (in South Africa & Australia)
