Hi Everyone Kerrie here

Couture Creations Hearts Ease Collection
I am back with another quick card created using the gorgeous
Couture Creations Hearts Ease Collection
I have added some texture using Heart Ease Embossing Folder on patterned paper, embossing your patterned paper gives your paper a whole new look to your paper
To finish off I die cut 1 x Cycad Leaves from the Everyday Essentials collection
I cut the leaves in half, inked and pinched the leaves to give some texture and definition
I rearrange the bottom half of the leaf spray making them more natural
here is a closer look at the detail
Once I layered the flower, muslin and doily die cut together I gave them a quick spritz of gold spray to add a bit more shimmer
Tip : when spraying your flowers if you are short on time you can dry them off quickly with a Couture Creations Heat Tool
I then added some shimmer to the base patterned paper by flicking on some purple spray and then once dry misting the whole piece with gold spray
I then die cut 1 x Rowena Ornamental Lace Die from the Amaryllis collection in patterned paper.
I inked the edges of all papers and die cuts using a sponge dauber to give a subtle shading
I also die cut 1 x Lilliputana die from the Hearts Ease collection from mauve cardstock,
I then cut it in half
and adhered both pieces and the Rowena doily to my card base using the Turbo Glue Pen which is perfect for adhering die cuts and intricate pieces
I sprayed a 6cm Camden Cottage Rose with gold spray and while wet scrunched to give the flower more life and more shabby look
To adhere the muslin to the flower I used 6mm Double Sided Tape
To finish off I die cut 1 x Cycad Leaves from the Everyday Essentials collection
