My next door neighbour needed 60th birthday card, and this is what I came up with. The background paper is from Couture Creations Le Petit Jardin paper collection. I added a doily (from my stash) behind the 'tag' I made, then die cut the numbers. I used the inlaid die-cutting technique on the tag, then added some flowers. This was a very quick and easy card, and I made a short video to show how I did it.
