Brave Wings Card by John

Quite proud of the simplicity yet elegance of this card that I made using the Butterfly Garden collection from Couture Creations.

Here is the card that I made.
It uses the following goodies:

A6 Blank Greetings Card,

Acrylic Block,
Here is how I made it.
First I trimmed down the cardstock as follows.
The black cardstock was trimmed down to 9.5cm x 13.5cm
The pink cardstock was trimmed down to 9cm x 13cm
The white cardstock was trimmed down to 6cm x 10cm
I then used the pink inkpad to stamp out the ornate flourish on the white cardstock and the black inkpad to stamp out the brave wings sentiment, offsetting it to the right-hand side.
The cardstock layers were then applied to the front of the card.
I selected a flower and it's counterpart from the ephemera kit and trimmed away the cream edge from the flower head.
The flower head was then shaped a little and glued to the main flower which in turn was fixed to the left-hand side of the card front using foam tape.
Some adhesive crystals were then used to finish off the card.
