Live, Love Laugh Card with John
Today I have decided to go simple when using the Butterfly Garden collection from Couture Creations.
Here is the card that I made.
It uses the following goodies:
CO726540 - Butterfly Garden Diecut Ephemera Set,
CO724156 - Adhesive Crystal Gemstones,
CO725771 - Rosy Background Stencil,
CO726343 - Mini Guillotine,
A6 Purple Cardstock,
A6 Lavender Cardstock,
A6 Cream Cardstock,
A6 Blank Greetings Card,
Lilac Dye Ink Pad,
Ribbon Bow,
Ink Blending Tool,
PVA Glue,
Double Sided Tape,
Foam Tape,
And here is how I made it.
First I cut down the cardstock as follows:
Cut the purple cardstock to 9.5cm x 13.5cm
Cut the lavender cardstock to 9cm x 13cm
Cut the cream cardstock to 8.5cm x 12.5cm
Then, I inked through the rosy stencil onto the cream coloured cardstock.
The layers of cardstock were then stuck to the front of the A6 card.
I selected two elements from the ephemera pack and inked around the edges.
These were then applied to the card with foam tape.
I chose a butterfly from the ephemera pack and shaped its wings before glueing it to the circular tag.
To finish, I added some adhesive crystal gemstones and a ribbon bow.
