Hello, hello, hello! Julianne here, sharing a layout with you today. Thanks for stopping by and joining me. Today, I am showing you how to create a soft, feminine and romantic layout that I have created with Magnolia Lane. It is filled with lots of layers, flowers, stamping, and details.

Here is a quick tutorial, to help you recreate this layout.

STEP 1: Create your layout background. The bottom piece is 12 x 12 piece of paper from Magnolia Lane. The second piece is cardstock, cut to 11.25 x 11.25. The third piece is cardstock, cut to 11 x 11. And the top piece is paper from Magnolia Lane, cut to 10.25 x 10.25, then punched with a thin border punch. Using tape or glue, adhere all the pieces together

STEP 2: Cut out all the pieces that you would like to layer together to create your background.

STEP 3: Emboss a pale blue piece of paper with the Magnolia Lace embossing folder. Cut around the outside edges of the design.

STEP 4: Work out your background design, by layering all your pieces together. Then outline the corners with a pencil for placement reasons (and take a photo on your phone camera for back-up!). Remove the layered papers from the layout base.

STEP 5: Using the Lace stamp set, stamp the tassles and postcard image designs as shown.

STEP 6: Now adhere the layered background pieces to the layout base, using the pencil corners as guides. Do not adhere right to the outer edges, as further papers and embellishments must be tucked under the edges.

STEP 7: Add your photo to the layout.

STEP 8: Add ephemera, chipboard and die cuts to the layout. The lace border ephemera has been cut into two pieces.

STEP 9: Add fussy cut flowers, a resin photo corner, and more die cuts. I have created the "Adore" title by using the Magnolia Lane Rosey Frame die, and cutting away the outside frame.
