Creating a fabulous background first and then adding
some stamping and foiling on top of the cards...
Here are my two very simple and amazing glittery cards..
This background are both created on Black Yupo paper with the New Glitter Accent Alcohol Inks , such a great effect for any themed cards...
Using the Couture Creations Alcohol ink Felt Applicator CO727343 tool together with
Couture Creations Alcohol Air Blower CO727859
for a more flowing effect.
